N.P. Lisovskaya, Master of biological sciences and an employee of the USSR Academy of Sciences’ Institute of Plant Physiology, was dismissed in July on the grounds of redundancy. The reason – private letters written two years ago in defence of A. Marchenko.

V[ladimir] Miloshevich, research officer at the USSR Academy of Sciences’ Institute of Water Problems, was dismissed in August on the grounds of redundancy. The reason for this redundancy was his signature on letters of protest, and also his appearance as a witness [CCE 12.3] at the trial of I. Gabai and M. Dzhemilev in Tashkent.

Tamara Vasilevna Samsonova, a lecturer at the Philosophy Faculty of Moscow University and the wife of P.M. Yegides (CCE 13.10, item 1, and CCE 14.11, item 2), has been dismissed from her job.
