Vladimir Dvoryansky, a witness in the Mustafa Dzhemilev case (CCE 40.3), was sentenced in September 1976 to one additional year of imprisonment, under Article 190-1, not Article 181 (RSFSR Criminal Code: “Giving knowingly false evidence“), as stated in CCE 43.3 [3].
In the indictment he was charged according to both Articles, but only one featured in the verdict.
