On 7 December 1979, Vasyl Stus (CCE 54.14 [17]) was placed under administrative surveillance for a year [1].

As well as being subject to the standard rules and regulations, he was also “forbidden to visit the domicile in Kiev at 16 Verboloznaya Street” (the home of Oksana Meshko, Chronicle), which might be “used for criminal purposes.”
