In its report “Details of the Ryazan trial” (CCE 14.7) was somewhat inaccurate in certain points.
The defence counsels taking part in the trial were: A.F. Trukhachyova, E.M. Kogan, V.I. Merlina, A.S. Korzhina, N.I. Titlyanova, A.A. Titova.
Valery Budka was arrested on 10 August.
The terms of imprisonment were given correctly, but the periods of exile to follow the camp sentences were wrong.
The surname of one of the accused was Martimonov (not Mortimonov).
